We are looking for motivated and self-driven individuals to join our team as Life Insurance Associates .

This is an independent-agent opportunity designed for individuals who are interested in building a career in life insurance and financial protection. Agents will work with qualified leads, help clients understand their insurance needs, and recommend appropriate life insurance solutions.

You will have the flexibility to work independently while receiving training, support, and access to qualified leads.

What You'll Do

• Connect with qualified leads and prospective clients.
• Conduct conversations to understand clients' insurance and financial protection needs.
• Educate clients about available life insurance products and coverage options.
• Recommend insurance solutions based on clients' individual needs.
• Assist clients throughout the application and enrollment process.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
• Maintain accurate client and prospect records.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Meet individual and team sales and production goals.
• Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings.
• Maintain knowledge of available products, industry practices, and applicable regulations.
• Conduct all client interactions professionally and in accordance with applicable licensing and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Life Insurance License
• Previous sales, customer service, financial services, or insurance experience is preferred.
