Corporate Counsel for Renewable Projects

As a Corporate Counsel, you will oversee key legal matters including corporate governance and support various operations in renewable energy. Your legal acumen will directly impact infrastructure initiatives across North America. Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and draft complex contracts and agreements
- Manage legal aspects of mergers and acquisitions
- Conduct due diligence for project financing transactions
- Lead training programs on compliance policies
- Support regulatory strategy and compliance initiatives
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- Minimum of three years of legal experience
- Background in renewable energy preferred
- Proven experience in M&A transactions
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
