In this role, you will leverage over 8 years of diverse Salesforce experience, taking the lead on solution design and implementation while maintaining compliance with critical regulations. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to translate business needs into technical solutions, utilizing advanced Salesforce technologies and AI capabilities. Your leadership will support transformative initiatives within the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Guide the design and delivery of Salesforce solutions
- Develop intuitive user interfaces and robust system integrations
- Evaluate and refine requirements for scalability across platforms
- Promote best practices in development and deployment strategies
- Conduct thorough architectural and code reviews for adherence
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or IT
- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce solution delivery
- Proficient in Salesforce technologies, including LWC and Apex
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and SDLC
- Proven track record of leading technical teams successfully
