Marketing Representative - Healthcare & Diagnostic Imaging
Location: Greater Toronto Area (GTA)

As a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we are seeking a motivated and personable Marketing Representative to help grow our network of referring medical professionals across the GTA.
About the Role: Are you a relationship builder with a passion for healthcare? In this role, you'll represent BWI to clinics and healthcare providers, driving referral growth and increasing awareness of our services. Your daily outreach will play a vital role in supporting patient access to timely, high-quality diagnostic imaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote BWI's imaging services to medical clinics and healthcare professionals across the GTA
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with referring doctors and providers
- Conduct regular in-person visits to clinics (daily travel required)
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless experiences for both patients and referrers
- Analyze referral patterns and implement strategies to strengthen relationships and increase patient volume
- Conduct market and geographic research to identify new opportunities
- Manage inventory and distribution of marketing materials
- Support overall marketing strategy and clinic growth initiatives
Requirements:
- Proven success in outside sales or healthcare marketing is preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strategic, analytical thinker with a proactive mindset
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle (daily travel required; mileage/gas compensated)
