Directeur Financement BDC - Opportunité Hybride

BDC cherche un Directeur Financement Corporatif pour un environnement hybride. Ce poste demande une expertise en analyse et développement commercial, centré sur la croissance du portefeuille.
En tant que Directeur ou Directrice Financement Corporatif chez BDC, vous contribuerez à l’expansion d’un portefeuille d’entreprises de plus de 50 M$. Vous serez responsable de structurer des solutions personnalisées pour des clients exigeants tout en maintenant un excellent équilibre entre rendement et risque. Ce rôle nécessite une solide expérience de 7 à 10 ans dans le secteur bancaire.
Key Responsibilities:
• Développer des stratégies de croissance pour la clientèle
• Mener des analyses et des vérifications efficaces
• Présenter des propositions conformes aux politiques BDC
• Planifier des activités de promotion des services financiers
• Établir des relations durables avec des parties prenantes
Requirements:
• Expertise en analyse de crédit essentielle
• Diplôme en finance ou administration des affaires
• Autonomie et capacité à respecter des délais serrés
• Communication écrite et orale en anglais nécessaire
• Accès à un véhicule et permis de conduire valide
