Senior Account Management Specialist

Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Senior Account Management Specialist to join our Energy Sales & Marketing team. This hybrid position is based in Saskatoon, SK.
In this role, you will build and manage strategic customer relationships, negotiate multi-year fuel agreements, identify growth opportunities, and support marketing initiatives that strengthen FCL's independent fuels network.
Key Responsibilities:
Negotiate and manage multi-year TEMPO, Western Nations, and reseller agreements.
Assess contract opportunities based on financial, market, volume, and environmental factors.
Collaborate with Legal, Sales Advisors, local Co-ops, and Sales Program Management on contract negotiations and amendments.
Partner with Marketing & Communications to develop promotional and sales enablement initiatives.
Support the development and execution of convenience store programs with Fuel and C-Store teams.
Qualifications:
69 years of experience in contract management, sales, or marketing.
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
You will report to the Program Manager, Independent Fuels, and work closely with specialists, advisors, marketing teams, and local Co-ops.
