Application Support Analyst SQL
Insight Global
Use SQL and troubleshooting expertise as an Application Support Analyst supporting business-critical applications within Insight Global’s Wealth Management Technology team.
This analyst role suits professionals with five or more years in Application Support, Production Support, or similar positions. You will support corporate applications, investigate incidents, and collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams. Agile experience, monitoring tools, and strong communication are important.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and support business-critical applications
- Investigate production incidents and user-reported issues
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventative solutions
- Support application enhancements and releases with stakeholders
- Maintain support documentation and knowledge articles
Requirements:
- Five or more years of application or production support experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- SQL experience for queries, reporting, and investigations
- Ability to manage priorities through issue resolution
- Willingness to participate in on-call support rotation
