Our client is a well-established organization seeking to expand its IT team with the addition of an IT Analyst II (Level 2). The organization operates within a Microsoft-centric environment and is committed to delivering reliable technology services that support business operations and end-user productivity.

Your New Role

As an IT Analyst II (Level 2), you will provide hands-on technical support and administration across a Microsoft-centric environment. You will be responsible for supporting end users, troubleshooting infrastructure and networking issues, managing Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, and maintaining endpoint devices to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide Level 2 technical support for desktop, laptop, and end-user issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Azure, and Microsoft Server environments.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and device configurations through Microsoft technologies, including Intune.
• Support network connectivity issues involving LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, and firewall configurations.
• Monitor, track, and resolve incidents using the organization's ticketing platform.
• Configure, deploy, and support Lenovo laptops and Apple Mac devices.
• Assist with hardware and software installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Escalate complex issues when required and collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow established IT service management processes.

What You Need to Do

Provide technical support and administration across desktop, infrastructure, networking, and cloud environments while delivering excellent customer service and ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service request.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Previous experience in a Level 2 IT Support, Desktop Support, or IT Analyst role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 / Office 365 environments.
• Microsoft Server Administration experience.
• Proficiency with Windows 11.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune.
• Understanding of LAN/WAN networking.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols.
• Familiarity with firewall fundamentals.
• Experience working with IT service management and ticketing systems.
• SolarWinds experience is preferred.
• Experience supporting Lenovo laptops and Apple Mac devices.
• CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, ITIL Foundation, and/or Microsoft Certifications are considered assets.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully onsite environment.
