If this is you, we would love to have you submit your resume. *Job* We are looking for a responsible assistant to our general manager to help organize and run our retail locations. Your job will be highly important in ensuring the sales team meets its goals of efficiency and customer satisfaction. Our ideal candidate will have service management experience and skills with a sharp business mindset. You should also be skilled at organizing and solving problems. Interpersonal and mediation skills will also be especially useful since you will often be acting as a liaison between the company with employees and customers. Ultimately, the duties of the Assistant Night Manager are to make sure our stores operate effectively on brand and true to our company values. *Duties*: * Planning and implementing strategies and directives. * _*Must work Evenings and Weekends*_ * Meet with GM and owners when required. * Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments) * Closely monitor and maintain inventory. * Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives. * Aid in planning festivals and events. * Supervise, motivate, and support staff. * Complete and compile staff schedules in an efficient and effective manner. * Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs. * Handle complaints. * Conduct regular audits to ensure the store is functional and presentable. * Uphold company policies and guidelines. *Assets & Requirements* * High School education or equivalent an asset. * Retail/Service Industry experience an asset. * French is an asset. * Manitoba Smart Choice Cannabis Certification * Criminal background check Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Pay: From $17.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 30 per week Schedule: * Evening shift * Night shift * Weekends as needed Work Location: In personVacancy posted 3 days ago
