Quality Control Lead Specialist at Apotex

Step into a Quality Control Lead Specialist role at Apotex, concentrating on analytical method validation and regulatory compliance. Be a vital part of our pharmaceutical quality assurance team. This position is essential for ensuring the integrity of method validation and verification processes in collaboration with CMOs. As a leader, you will also guide teams in troubleshooting issues while conducting thorough investigations related to quality concerns. Your technical knowledge will help maintain the highest quality control standards in our laboratory practices. Key Responsibilities:

Ensure scientific soundness of validated analytical methods
Provide leadership during complex investigations
Approve and review quality management system documentation
Initiate and supervise CAPA and OOS investigations
Maintain performance metrics to track team productivity

Requirements:

Sc. degree in Chemistry or a related science
Over 7 years of progressive analytical experience, with supervisory experience
Strong understanding of laboratory methodologies and regulations
Proven leadership and communication skills
Familiarity with GMP practices and pharmaceutical standards
