Dream is looking for a Revenue Control Administrator!

Over your 2-5 years of property management experience, which will have included some site experience, you’ve learned to be an excellent communicator and to balance work and fun: you are a social person, but you know when to put your head down and get the job done. You respect deadlines and have the ability to juggle your task list with things that come up unexpectedly.

You’ll be joining a new, small team, and as that team grows your role and responsibilities will change. But that’s ok, because you are flexible, a fast learner, and you can handle large volumes of work.

What will you do?

Along with the responsibilities listed below, your role will entail some reporting, data analysis, and special projects. We can chat more about these responsibilities in person:

• Review and process tenant billing and adjustment requests from site administrators;


• Investigate and troubleshoot issues using your solid understanding of AR/AP/GL;


• Process cash receipts and NSF payments;


• Provide assistance to property administrators on cash and billing entry;


• Analyze and review tenant accounts reconciliations;


• Monitor and process incoming EFT payments;


• Process internal invoicing between Dream businesses

What type of experience do you have?

These are only some of the things we’d like you to bring to the table. We can cover the rest when we meet:

• A Business degree, diploma in Business Administration, and/or accounting experience.


• 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivables or Accounts Payable and ideally with JD Edwards.


• You are more than comfortable with Microsoft Excel and Word.

This is a regular, full-time position with a base salary range of $55,000-63,000. In addition to base salary, the role is eligible for a performance-based bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, which includes paid vacation and personal days, flexible benefits, mental health resources, access to perks and discounts, professional development support, and team-building and social events.

Compensation is determined based on several factors, including relevant experience, total years of experience, industry experience, education, and professional designations. We recognize that exceptional talent doesn’t always fit neatly into a bracket. Final compensation will be tailored to your specific experience, skills and the unique value you bring to the table. If your qualifications exceed the scope of this role, we may be open to adjusting the mandate – and the salary – to reflect that expertise.
