Intermediate Mechanical Package Engineer Role

Advance your career as an Intermediate Mechanical Package Engineer in Calgary, AB. Contribute to innovative projects in oil and gas facilities design and operational support. We seek a passionate and skilled engineer with at least 8 years of relevant experience to join our Mechanical Engineering department. This role will focus on specifying and evaluating mechanical packages while ensuring compliance with industry standards and collaborating with engineering teams. You will contribute to key projects including gas processing and pipeline endeavors. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute client and industry specification requirements
- Ensure mechanical equipment meets safety and quality measures
- Collaborate with project management and procurement teams
- Evaluate and select mechanical equipment and packages
- Review vendor documentation and package management
- P. Eng. in Mechanical Engineering and APEGA registration
- 8+ years of experience in oil and gas EPCM
- Strong knowledge of ASME, API, and CSA codes
- Experience with rotating and static equipment design
- Previous mechanical lead on fast-track projects preferred
