Expert Mechanical Engineer - Thermal Systems

In this Principal Mechanical Engineer role, you’ll be at the forefront of heat transfer equipment design and execution. Your responsibilities include providing technical oversight and mentoring engineers while interfacing with clients and vendors. Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering standards and practices within the company’s diverse project portfolio. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the go-to technical expert for heat transfer engineering
- Evaluate complex engineering proposals and specifications
- Assess and resolve thermal challenges in designs and applications
- Coach and mentor engineers to enhance skill development
- Collaborate with clients on project execution strategies
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Active P.Eng. registration or eligibility for immediate registration
- Extensive mechanical engineering experience in thermal projects
- Strong technical and leadership skills for mentoring teams
- Familiarity with ASME and industry standards in mechanical design
