- Afficher les avis et les annonces
- Informer les postulants des critères d'emploi ainsi que des conditions d'emploi
- Examiner les répertoires des candidats
- Communiquer avec les candidats éventuels pour fixer une date d'entrevue
- Recruter des diplômés de collèges, d'universités et d'autres établissements d'enseignement
- Coordonner et particper à des jurys de sélection et d'examen pour évaluer les candidats
- Informer les candidats des résultats de la sélection et rédiger les offres d'emploi
- Renseigner les cadres et les employés sur les politiques et les procédures de dotation
- Organiser des séances de consultation du personnel et les procédures de règlement de griefs
- Déterminer l'admissibilité aux avantages et prendre les dispositions nécessaires pour la formation du personnel
- Superviser les commis du service du personnel chargés du classement et de la tenue des dossiers
- Recruter et embaucher du personnel
