Pricing Analyst

Your Role

Produce rates for the air freight department within the required deadlines and to the satisfaction of clients and the company. Act as a liaison between the clients, agents and sales executives.

What You Will be Doing

• Verify different transport possibilities with airline and transport companies and negotiate best possible rates for clients.
• Understand customer needs and bring innovative solutions.
• Recommend insurance.
• Produce rates in the operational system according to the needs of the clients and within the time limits.
• Follow up on rates.
• Act as the resource person for the CEVA Logistics network, suppliers and customer service department (both internal and external).
• Work closely with the sales team, and the other departments of CEVA Logistics.
• Issue non-conformity notices and customer complaints in accordance with ISO procedures.
• Other tasks as defined by the immediate supervisor.

What We Are Looking For

• A diploma in professional studies or academic equivalent, and experience in air freight is required.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Must be able to communicate well and clearly in English, both written and oral.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must be a team player.
• Must have good organizational and time management skills.
• Must be attentive to detail.
• Must have a sense of urgency.
• Must be customer service oriented.
