Our client, a world-class manufacturer supplying over half of the North American automotive market , is currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Material Handler to join their growing team in Collingwood .
As a Material Handler / Production Assistant , you will play a key role on the production floor—keeping materials moving, supporting machine operators, and helping ensure smooth daily operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys staying active on the job, and is looking for steady, long-term employment with room to grow .

Pay Range: $23.54 – $24.54 per hour
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supplying machine operators with materials using material handling equipment
- Removing full bins from workstations and replacing them with empty bins
- Assisting with general receiving and warehouse duties as needed
- Distributing product and materials throughout the facility
- This role is hands-on and essential to keeping production running safely and efficiently.
What’s Needed:
- Flexibility to work a weekly rotating shift (11:00pm–7:00am / 3:00pm–11:00pm / 7:00am–3:00pm)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs , with regular bending, reaching, and movement
- Enjoys staying active with a mix of walking, pushing, pulling, and lifting
- Comfortable working in a steady and sometimes fast-paced production environment
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
