Experience
1 year to less than 2 years of relevant retail supervisory experience

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of retail staff.
Assign duties and monitor employee performance.
Establish employee work schedules.
Order merchandise and maintain adequate inventory levels.
Organize and maintain inventory records.
Sell merchandise and provide exceptional customer service.
Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and supply shortages promptly.
Conduct employee performance evaluations.
Supervise cashiers, retail sales associates, office staff, and other team members as required.
