Project Coordinator
Creative Circle
Our banking client is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team.
This will be onsite 4x per week in Mississauga.
The duration is 6+ months, fulltime hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the delivery of medium-scale projects and contribute to larger, complex initiatives across business and technology teams.
- Lead project coordination activities, including planning, scheduling, resource onboarding, requirements tracking, and documentation management.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular reporting on scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and quality metrics.
- Identify, document, and facilitate resolution of project risks, issues, and blockers, escalating where appropriate.
- Coordinate activities across multiple teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and effective management of cross-functional dependencies.
- Develop and maintain project dashboards, reports, and executive updates to support decision-making and stakeholder engagement.
- Facilitate meetings, drive action item follow-up, and help ensure project commitments and milestones are achieved.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience coordinating projects in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
- Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, reporting, governance, and stakeholder management.
