• Provide direct support to the Executive Director
• Manage office scheduling and communication flows
• Coordinate governance meetings and accurately record minutes
• Oversee administrative services and vendor relationships
• Support organizational projects and initiatives Requirements:
• Five years of experience in executive support or governance
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially Effective office operations and strong governance support will be key in this leadership role at MCC Canada.
