Senior Analyst in Data Governance
LanceSoft, Inc.
Enhance data quality reporting as a Senior Data Analyst specializing in governance and compliance. Work with teams across the global financial landscape to drive data initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with technology product owners and data offices to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality reporting metrics. Your ability to create clear documentation and navigate complex data will set the course for successful communication within the teams. You'll also explore data architecture and governance principles relevant to client frameworks. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead collaborations for quality data initiatives
- Report critical metrics with technology and data teams
- Create supporting documents and presentations
- Familiarize with regulatory frameworks and data policies
- Manage compliance within applications development
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Advanced skills with Microsoft tools and JIRA
- Familiarity with data governance standards and regulations
- Background in finance or global teams
- Knowledge of compliance requirements (BCBS239, GDPR, CCPA)
