Both strategic and tactical, we help organizations across a wide range of industries thrive in today’s rapidly evolving world.## Our promiseHelp our clients succeed and maximize the impact of their transformation initiatives, turning them into powerful drivers of growth and innovation.## Job description**Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll be able to:** * Collect and clarify business needs from stakeholders;* Lead workshops and understand business issues;* Propose areas for improvement and solutions adapted to business needs;* Translate business needs into clear functional requirements;* Accompany developers during the implementation phases;* Understand the data architectures and integration flows defined by solution teams;* Design Power BI data models, reports, and dashboards;* Create functional mockups adapted to operational and decision-making needs;* Explore, analyze, and validate data to ensure quality and consistency;* Investigate discrepancies, validate indicators and contribute to problem solving;* Understand data governance, privacy and privacy issues;* Apply the principles of security, confidentiality and data access management;* Write functional and technical documentation;* Map processes, business rules and data flows;* Participate in the coordination of internal and external stakeholders;* Collaborate with product, analytics, solutions, and development teams in an Agile context;* Popularize technical concepts to business users;* Provide support to users, including coaching, training and assistance during releases;* Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, BI practices, and user experience. **The profile you are looking for is as follows:** * Bachelor's degree in computer science and a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience;* Have a certificate in computer science and have a minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience;* Hold a college diploma in computer science and have a minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience;* Have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in business or functional analysis in a business intelligence context;* Demonstrate experience in business intelligence, management information or data analysis;* Know business intelligence concepts such as data cubes, data warehouses, data counters, data lakes, data modeling, layers semantics and dashboards;* Master the Power BI tool;* Excellent communication and writing skills in French and English;* Present information in a clear and structured manner;* Work independently and demonstrate leadership;* Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving orientation;* Adopt a customer-oriented approach and collaborate effectively with teams;* Be adaptable, autonomous and open-minded.Apply
