Responsibilities
Here are the responsibilities for this Systems Integration Technical Analyst at this Retail & Food Distribution leader in Varennes;

Evaluate, select, and integrate new technology solutions across corporate offices, stores, and distribution centers.

Identify and analyze business needs regarding IT hardware, enterprise software, and operating systems.

Develop and implement automated procedures, drafting technical specifications according to industry best practices.

Provide Tier 3 technical support for managed systems, actively troubleshooting and resolving complex incidents.

Monitor production systems, enforce corporate IT security policies, and manage vendor support tickets.

Collaborate with business partners to translate requirements into technical specifications while mitigating implementation risks.

Support endpoint management systems and contribute to technological transitions (e.g., migrating from SCCM/Intune to AEM tools like Tanium, Omnissa, or ManageEngine).

Qualifications
Here are the qualifications required for this Systems Integration Technical Analyst at this Retail & Food Distribution leader in Varennes;

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Windows workstation and endpoint management.

Strong knowledge of retail industry technology concepts and centralized fleet management tools (SCCM, Intune, MobiControl, MarkVision, Dell OpenManage).

Solid understanding of Point of Sale (POS) hardware and software systems.

Proficiency in Active Directory management (GPO / GPP), PowerShell scripting, and MS SQL Server.

Familiarity with virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, Proxmox, VMware) is an asset.

Experience participating in technological migrations from SCCM/Intune to AEM solutions (Tanium, Omnissa, ManageEngine) is a strong asset.

Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.

Mandatory bilingualism (French and English, both spoken and written).

Ability to travel occasionally between corporate sites (Laval, Terrebonne, Varennes).
