Experience Portfolio Property Manager

Job Responsibility:

Zoran Properties Inc. has proudly served the condominium management industry since 1988 providing property and asset management services. Today, we manage over 8000 units across Greater Toronto Area, Peel and York Regions - from condominiums to commercial and industrial units.

As a successful Portfolio Property Manager you will work closely with unit owners, board of directors and residents to ensure a high level of service and satisfaction. We ask that you bring to the table your unique skills and expertise in managing a variety of complexes including commercial, residential high/ low rise buildings, with excellent interpersonal, communication and client services skills and the initiative to be proactive.

Our team oriented environment is fast paced and demanding, our Property Managers have advanced skills in all Microsoft applications and property management databases.

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of property management experience

3 years Advanced MS application experience

Superior client services and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and in a team setting

CMRAO General License Required

RCM Designation Required

Location : Greater Toronto Area

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
