Aperçu L'équipe du service de la paie de Tigre Géant est le fournisseur de services de paie dédié pour les centaines de franchisés exploitant un magasin Tigre Géant au pays. Le ou la titulaire du poste sera responsable du traitement des paies des magasins, de la gestion des relations et d'autres tâches connexes liées au service de la paie. Il s'agit là d'une occasion unique et excitante de combiner vos nombreuses compétences en travaillant dans un milieu dynamique et palpitant. Responsabilités - Traiter la paie pour plusieurs magasins au Canada.
- Communiquer avec des employés de tous les niveaux et des personnes d'autres organisations au sujet de la paie.
- Gérer les questions courantes liées à la paie pour le groupe de clients attribué.
- Effectuer le traitement des documents de fin d'année (T4, R1).
Compétences requises - Bilinguisme (anglais et français);
- Excellentes aptitudes en organisation et en résolution de problèmes;
- Au moins 1 an d'expérience dans un poste au service de la paie, y compris des tâches de fin d'exercice;
- Connaissances intermédiaires de la suite Microsoft, y compris Excel et Outlook;
- Souci de la précision et du détail, indispensable;
- Capacité de travailler de façon autonome ou en équipe.
Compétences souhaitées - Diplôme dans un domaine connexe;
- Expérience en paie au Québec;
- Expérience d'utilisation de la solution Workday pour la paie
