Supervisor for Ticket Operations at REAL (Regina)
The Regina Exhibition Association
Join REAL as the Supervisor of Guest Experience & Ticket Operations and impact guest interactions at events. This role combines leadership and service excellence in ticket management. As a Supervisor, you will support the Guest Experience team in delivering outstanding service during events hosted by Regina Exhibition Association Limited (REAL).
Key Responsibilities
- Direct ticket sales and admissions scanning at events
- Assist with event day operations and ticket builds
- Troubleshoot issues during event execution
- Guide guest interactions to maximize their experience
- Enforce policy compliance and ensure safety
Requirements
- Relevant certification in Event Management
- 1-3 years' supervisory experience in events
- Familiarity with ticketing and CRM systems
- Solid communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check (CRC)
