Store Manager with Green Focus

Lead daily operations as a Store Manager with a focus on positive environmental outcomes. Join a proactive team committed to excellence in customer service and staff supervision. This permanent role requires managing daily operations, staff supervision, and merchandise procurement. With 2 to 3 years of experience, you'll evaluate and plan store functionalities while directly supervising a team of 3–4 staff members. Your excellent communication skills will enhance team collaboration and resolve customer complaints effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and control daily store operations
- Evaluate and plan operational efficiency
- Recruit, hire, and manage store staff
- Resolve customer requests and supply shortages
- Conduct performance reviews for team members
- Secondary school graduation certificate
- 2–3 years of relevant experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and flexibility
- Ability to work under pressure
