Responsibilities

We’re looking for team members who are reliable, outgoing, and thrive in a customer-focused environment.

• Provide friendly, attentive service to guests in a fast-paced environment
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Deliver meals and drinks while ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, promotions, and daily features
• Process payments and handle cash/card transactions responsibly
• Work closely with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
• Follow all health, safety, and responsible liquor service guidelines
• Create a welcoming, positive experience for every guest

Requirements

• Previous food and beverage serving experience required for all serving positions
• Must be at least 18 years
• Must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours/day
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs
• A high school diploma or equivalent for servers, bartenders and hosts/hostesses is preferred but not necessary
• Excellent customer service skills
• ProServe AGLC certificate
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communications skills
