SAP Training Manager at IPEX

As the SAP Training Manager, you are central to IPEX’s enterprise-level SAP change initiatives. Your responsibilities include leading the development of targeted training strategies to support user engagement and business readiness. Collaborating with stakeholders, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality training that meets evolving organizational needs while nurturing a dynamic training team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the ERP training needs analysis to align user roles
• Develop and implement effective blended learning strategies
• Oversee the validation and localization of training materials
• Control training documentation and content management
• Track and enhance training effectiveness through feedback
Requirements:
• Degree in Education, Learning Management, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years in training and development roles
• Significant experience in managing SAP training initiatives
• Excellent leadership and collaboration skills
• Up to 20% travel to IPEX locations may be required
