Local Marketing Manager

Role Overview:
As the Local Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in executing and supporting localized marketing initiatives for franchise locations for a Franchise Restaurant Chain. You will act as the primary liaison between the corporate marketing team and franchisees, ensuring that local store marketing campaigns align with brand standards and drive customer engagement. Additionally, you will assist the Brand Manager with administrative duties to support overall brand marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities:Local Store Marketing & Franchise Engagement
- Develop, implement, and manage local marketing campaigns tailored to individual franchise locations, aligned with the brand's national marketing strategy.
- Collaborate directly with franchisees to understand their local market needs, provide marketing guidance, and assist in executing promotions, events, and community outreach.
- Monitor and report on local marketing campaign performance and franchisee feedback to optimize future initiatives.
- Support franchisees with local advertising materials, social media content, and in-store marketing collateral to maximize brand consistency and customer engagement.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and local media for event sponsorships, promotions, and community partnerships.
- Organize and participate in local events, promotions, and community activities to increase brand visibility and foot traffic at franchise locations.
- Train and support franchise staff on local marketing tools, platforms, and best practices.
Administrative Support for Brand Manager
- Assist with scheduling, communication, and coordination related to marketing projects and franchise support.
- Maintain accurate marketing calendars, reports, and documentation to track campaign timelines and deliverables.
- Prepare marketing presentations, reports, and summaries for internal teams and franchise partners.
- Manage and update marketing assets and digital files to ensure easy access for franchisees and internal teams.
- Support administrative tasks related to franchise marketing budgets, vendor contracts, and approvals as directed by the Brand Manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in local store marketing, franchise marketing, or retail marketing preferably in the foodservice or quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with franchise partners.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing tools/platforms (email marketing, social media management, reporting tools).
- Experience coordinating local events, promotions, and community marketing efforts.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for supporting franchisee success and brand growth.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
