Restaurant Assistant Manager Chucks Roadhouse Bar and Grill Location Oakville, ON Salary 36.30 hourly / 35 hours per week Full time Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift Starts as soon as possible Benefits: Financial benefits, Other benefits Languages English Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience 1 year to less than 2 years Work must be completed at the physical Location. There is no option to work remotely. Responsibilities: Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies Evaluate daily operations Monitor staff performance Plan and organize daily operations Recruit staff Supervise staff Conduct performance reviews Cost products and services Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies Participate in marketing plans and implementation Address customers' complaints or concerns Provide customer service Supervision 16-20 people Credentials Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses Smart Serve Safe Food Handling certificate Experience and specialization Computer and technology knowledge MS Office MS Outlook MS Windows MS Word Point of sale system Benefits Financial benefits Gratuities Other benefits Free parking available Other benefits Team building opportunities Parking available Until: 2026-08-10
