Digital Engagement and Public Relation Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking a creative professional to lead PR, influencer, and social media strategies. This role includes creating engaging content, managing influencer partnerships and building media relationships to amplify our brand and drive impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Management

? Identify and build relationships with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors to expand reach and visibility.

? Establish clear content guidelines for influencers to ensure alignment with brand messaging and values.

? Manage the product gifting budget and monthly influencer revenue targets, tracking and reporting on the success of campaigns.

? Negotiate contracts and partnerships to maximize campaign effectiveness.

? Oversee influencer-generated content to maintain quality and brand consistency.

? Stay ahead of influencer marketing trends and implement best practices.

Public Relations (PR)

? Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, celebrity stylists, journalists, and key industry contacts.

? Act as a liaison between external PR representatives and the brand.

? Source new opportunities for brand collaborations, working with marketing team to execute launches.

? Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and pitch stories to generate positive coverage and awareness.

? Monitor PR campaign performance and media coverage, providing regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

? Develop, organize, and execute strategic influencer events to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

Content Creation & Community Engagement

? Develop and manage content calendars for platforms including Instagram, and LinkedIn.

? Plan (and occasionally produce) engaging social media content (video & photo) for both organic and paid campaigns.

? Create detailed briefs for copywriting and graphic design as needed.

? Foster and grow brand communities through active engagement and meaningful interactions.

? Track and analyze performance metrics, refining strategies to enhance results.

? Stay informed on social media trends, incorporating them into campaigns when relevant.

Role Qualifications:

? Experience in public relations or a related field.

? Experience in influencer marketing and social media management.

? Ability to create, film, and produce engaging content tailored for social media platforms, including short-form videos and dynamic visual assets.

? Excellent research, writing, and editing abilities, combined with a professional approach to client interactions and relationship management with influencers and content creators.

? Willingness to contribute actively, take initiative, and occasionally lead meetings and presentations.

? Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and focused, with strong organizational skills.

? Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple ongoing projects efficiently.

? Experience in graphic designing

Job Types: Part-time, Casual, Freelance

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 11 per week

• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• On call
• Weekends as needed
