Digital Client Marketing Specialist

A leading global technology organization is looking for a Digital Customer Marketing Specialist to join their Customer Marketing team on a 12-month contract. This is a remote opportunity supporting customer advocacy and customer engagement programs while working closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Sales and other cross-functional teams.

Your new role

As the Digital Customer Marketing Specialist, you will support the execution of customer advocacy programs, including survey and peer review initiatives. You will be responsible for uploading, organizing and maintaining customer testimonials, case studies and customer success content across advocacy platforms. Additional responsibilities include managing content libraries, tracking approvals, maintaining dashboards and reports, supporting platform administration and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer-generated content is effectively utilized across the business.

What you'll need to succeed

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, customer marketing, content management, marketing operations or campaign coordination
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience working with content management systems, digital platforms or content libraries
• Experience supporting marketing campaigns, content programs or customer engagement initiatives
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reporting tools and marketing platforms
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing and Customer Success
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation or customer advocacy platforms is considered an asset
• Previous experience within a technology or SaaS environment is considered an asset
