Parts Specialist

We are currently looking for a Parts Specialist to work in the Heavy Equipment Industry. As a Parts Specialist, you will be an essential part of the operations team supporting order processing, customer communication, and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay : $25/hour
Shift : 8am-5pm

What's the Job?

• Manage working order desk to process incoming requests efficiently
• Handle phone calls and email correspondence with clients and suppliers
• Operate forklift to assist with shipping and receiving duties
• Coordinate shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain organized records and documentation for inventory management

What's Needed?

• Basic experience in parts management or related field is preferred but not required
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to operate forklift and other warehouse equipment safely
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
