Property Manager Assistant

$20 - $23 per hour

Job Responsibility:

Position and Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance to property managers and senior-level officers as needed
  • Answer phone calls, assist with and answer clients' requests
  • Receive and forward communications to different staff
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Perform other administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, drafting, and proofreading correspondence and meeting minutes
  • Preparation of agendas and minutes of various meetings
  • Prepare list of specifications for quotes as per PM direction

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required, diploma or degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or clerical role
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Platforms: Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Windows - Shared Drives
  • Comfortable with technology, video conferencing and virtual training
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation
  • Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
  • The ability to adapt to change and multi-task.
  • Understanding of condo management industry preferred but not mandatory.
