Property Manager Assistant
$20 - $23 per hourHarbour Concepts Inc.
Job Responsibility:
Position and Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to property managers and senior-level officers as needed
- Answer phone calls, assist with and answer clients' requests
- Receive and forward communications to different staff
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Perform other administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, drafting, and proofreading correspondence and meeting minutes
- Preparation of agendas and minutes of various meetings
- Prepare list of specifications for quotes as per PM direction
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required, diploma or degree preferred
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or clerical role
- Advanced computer skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Platforms: Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Windows - Shared Drives
- Comfortable with technology, video conferencing and virtual training
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
- The ability to adapt to change and multi-task.
- Understanding of condo management industry preferred but not mandatory.
