Lead mechanical operations on the Darlington Nuclear Project with Aecon in Clarington, Ontario. This role focuses on quality, safety, and managing complex construction tasks. As a Mechanical Superintendent, you will oversee the construction of Unit 1 Small Modular Reactor. Your responsibilities include planning methods, monitoring compliance, and managing project timelines. You will also interface with client representatives and ensure that all site inspections are performed regularly. Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and oversee construction methods and manpower
• Monitor safety, quality, and productivity compliance
• Create detailed schedules and manage timelines
• Interface with client representatives and stakeholders
• Perform regular site inspections to track progress Requirements:
• 7+ years of supervisory experience in mechanical construction
• Strong understanding of nuclear safety culture
• Ability to interpret blueprints and specifications
• Proven track record in managing complex projects
