Senior Marketing Automation Manager New York

Morningstar

Drive marketing excellence at Morningstar as a Senior Marketing Automation Manager in New York. This hybrid role emphasizes automation and analytics within a global credit business environment. As a pivotal member of the Credit group at Morningstar, you'll bring your extensive marketing automation expertise to lead data management initiatives. Your responsibilities will involve driving marketing automation, audience segmentation, and reporting frameworks to elevate marketing effectiveness. You will work extensively with HubSpot, Pardot, and other martech platforms while showcasing strong project management and communication skills. Key Responsibilities:

Define martech vision for global Credit initiatives
Manage marketing technology platforms and integrations
Optimize marketing automation programs and audience journeys
Oversee marketing data architecture and integrity
Champion data-driven marketing measurements and insights

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in marketing automation
Expertise in HubSpot and Pardot administration
Strong knowledge of lead management processes
Experience with visualization tools like Tableau
High attention to detail in project execution
