Store Leadership Lead - Customer Experience & Ops

Columbia Sportswear Company

Columbia Sportswear Canada is seeking a Retail Supervisor to join our Store Leadership Team in Ottawa. You will lead associate-level staff, ensure smooth store operations, and uphold our commitment to excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities include directing daily activities, coaching team members, and ensuring adherence to procedures. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with 2–5 years of relevant experience and strong communication skills.
