We have a team of specialists who are trained and knowledgeable. Join our team and you will work at the go-to place in Ottawa for a wide range of décor services including Paint, Customer Window Treatments, Fine Wallpapers, Custom Furniture, Designer Fabrics, Countertops and Flooring.
As Randall's continues to grow we are looking for an exceptional candidate who is seeking a full-time role as a Paint Specialist.

- Predictable Store Hours M-F 8am-5pm, Sat. 9am-5pm, Sun. 11am-5pm .

What we are looking for:
- Someone who loves DIY : Who is ready to gain in depth product knowledge for what Randall's sells
- Someone who enjoys approaching and engaging customers : Asking customers what they are working on and providing product based recommendations. Your goal will be superior customer service and to do everything you can to help our customers complete their projects successfully.
- Someone with a good eye for colour and style: Paint Experience Necessary & Blinds knowledge is an asset.
- Someone who wants to grow professionally within the décor world.
- Someone who is not afraid to get a little dirty and do some heavy lifting : tinting, mixing and colour matching as well as keeping the showroom stocked (incl. the ability to lift up to 5 gallon pails) and shop-able will be a key part of your day.
- Someone who thrives working in a fast pace and dynamic environment
- 2+years of retail experience in the paint field is an asset, décor and design is also. Cashier and Computer (POS software) skills are an asset.
- Secondary School Diploma required. College Degree in related field is an asset. (Extensive Paint store experience will substitute for High school).
