TELUS Health is searching for a Systems Analyst III to strengthen its implementation team. You will configure and deploy innovative Health & Welfare software for key clients, directly influencing the well-being of thousands. With your problem-solving skills and Agile collaboration, you'll also design effective solutions and deliver high-quality results consistently. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive software configurations for major client implementations
- Diagnose complex issues and propose clear solutions
- Collaborate in Agile teams during daily scrums
- Analyze business needs into effective technical solutions
- Maintain high standards for quality deliverables
- Bachelor’s in IT or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years in IT or system configuration roles
- Expertise in SQL; familiarity with ASP, HTML, JavaScript a plus
- Ability to read technical documentation and debug
- Knowledge of H&W Benefits and Payroll highly valued
