Job Description

Perform analysis, design, implementation, modification, and daily support of business applications. Work closely with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business strategies and provide functional support.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements for technical teams
• Prepare cost-benefit and ROI analyses for system implementation decisions
• Resolve problems and identify opportunities to improve business processes
• Support complex business processes and manage multiple projects
• Act as liaison between business and IT to deliver technical solutions

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
• 8-10 years relevant experience with data warehouse and actuarial systems.
• Basic programming knowledge to read and understand code
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to deliver high-quality technical solutions that improve operational efficiency
