Nous recherchons un(e) superviseur(e) des opérations fiable, organisé(e) et orienté(e) vers le service à la clientèle pour se joindre à notre équipe. Le ou la candidat(e) retenu(e) sera responsable de la supervision quotidienne des opérations de l’hôtel, de la gestion du personnel et du maintien d’un service de haute qualité pour nos clients.
Exigences
Les candidats doivent être flexibles au niveau de l’horaire, incluant les soirs, fins de semaine et quarts de nuit. Ils doivent être parfaitement bilingues en français et en anglais, détenir un permis de conduire valide, ainsi qu’un baccalauréat en commerce, administration, gestion ou gestion hôtelière. Les candidats doivent posséder entre 1 et 3 ans d’expérience pertinente, être capables de superviser et gérer une équipe de 8 à 10 employés, et maîtriser Microsoft Excel ainsi que la suite Microsoft Office.
Responsabilités
Effectuer certaines tâches de réception. Faire respecter les politiques et procédures de l’établissement. Superviser le personnel incluant la réception, l’entretien ménager, les chauffeurs de navette et la maintenance. Participer à l’embauche et à la formation du personnel. Préparer les horaires de travail. Assurer un transport efficace et ponctuel des clients vers et depuis l’aéroport via la navette. Organiser et administrer les forfaits Park and Sleep comprenant 115 places de stationnement et 20 chambres. Superviser les opérations quotidiennes d’hébergement afin d’assurer un excellent service à la clientèle. Gérer et résoudre les plaintes des clients de manière professionnelle et efficace. Surveiller les budgets et contrôler les coûts d’exploitation. Veiller au respect des normes de sécurité et des politiques de l’entreprise. Coordonner avec les fournisseurs et prestataires de services. Préparer les rapports d’occupation et de performance.
