Job Details
We are looking for a reliable and strong communicator as our Weekend Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will manage shift coverage, track staff check-ins, coordinate building moves, and maintain clear, professional communication with clients, supervisors, and on-site building staff.
Shift Available:
- Friday from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM
- Total: 18 hours/week
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Handle sick calls, find immediate coverage, and ensure all buildings are fully staffed.
- Monitor check-ins and follow up immediately with missing staff.
- Serve as the main point of contact for weekend staff and update clients on any coverage changes.
- Oversee and coordinate scheduled resident/building moves on weekends, ensuring site coverage and compliance with building protocols.
- Adjust supervisor schedules and conduct site visits as needed.
- Update employee logs in real time using company platforms (Slack, CleanSmarts, Podio) and assist with basic operational paperwork.
- Other duties as required.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in Staffing, dispatching, or logistics operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle last-minute schedule changes.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning operational software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear, assertive, and professional tone.
