As a Facility Cleaner, you will ensure common areas of the manufacturing and warehouse facility are cleaned and sanitized daily in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Job Title: Facility Cleaner / Sanitation Associate

Work Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday (4-day work week)

Shift Hours: 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM (10-hour evening shift)

Work Location:: Syntex Court, Mississauga

Pay Rate : $ 19.94

Responsibilities
Indoor Sanitation: Perform daily cleaning of production lines, laboratories, warehouse spaces, offices, and washrooms following strict Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

General Facility Upkeep: Dusting, window cleaning, fixture polishing, and handling miscellaneous requests (e.g., waste disposal, minor moving, replacing light bulbs).

Waste Management: Execute daily waste disposal and recycling services.

Exterior Maintenance: Keep walkways clear of debris, sweep patio areas, and perform snow removal/salting during the winter season.

Documentation: Accurately complete and sign all GMP-required cleaning logs and paperwork.

Inventory & Supplies: Maintain stock and replenish facility dispensers (paper towels, soap, production garments) and track cleaning chemical inventory.

Safety: Maintain a safe working environment and proactively report potential hazards.

Qualifications
Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Experience Level: No previous work experience required (Entry-Level).

Asset/Preferred: Previous janitorial or sanitation experience in a pharmaceutical, GMP, or food processing environment is a strong asset.

Language: Must be fully proficient in English (both written and oral communication).

Tech Skills: Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.

Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, highly self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision, and highly detail-oriented with paperwork/logs.
