ServiceNow Solutions Delivery Lead

Shape ServiceNow delivery for CAAT in Toronto, combining stakeholder leadership with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and App Engine expertise.
As ServiceNow Technical Lead, you will oversee delivery from requirements through post-implementation support. You will facilitate workshops, align expectations, and manage relationships with vendors and external stakeholders. The position connects business units, PMO, and technical teams while guiding platform decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements
- Manage vendors and external stakeholder relationships
- Coordinate PMO, business, and technical delivery activities
- Serve as escalation point for ServiceNow decisions
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and share best practices
Requirements:
- Five to seven years leading ServiceNow platform delivery
- Degree or diploma in computer science or related studies
- Certified System Administrator certification required
- CIS and CAD certifications preferred
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects
