Scale Desk Administrator

TSG Staffing Services is currently recruiting for a SCALE DESK ADMINISTRATOR for aFort McMurray area-based opportunity to work in an environmental service environment.
Job Description:
Run scale house operations, including weighing inbound and outbound trucks
Accurately record and process load tickets and customer transactions
Using Excel to enter logs and maintain daily reports
Using SAP for processing tickets and tracking loads
Answering phones
Job Requirements:
Previous scale house or administrative experience would be an asset, but not a requirement
Proficient with Microsoft Office and SAP
Must have reliable transportation, no busing available
Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills with the ability to problem-solve
Organization and time management skills
Pay rates or salaries will be based on experience and current market standards. Only selected candidates will be contacted.
