TSG Staffing Services is currently recruiting for an EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATOR for a Fort McMurray area-based opportunity to work in an office environment.
Job Description:
Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and prioritize shifting executive demands with discretion and efficiency
Support office operations, including reception coverage, visitor coordination, mail distribution, supply management, boardroom scheduling, and other various duties
Handle accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing, expense tracking, and reconciliations using QuickBooks
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
Perform data entry and scan documents
Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and email
Job Requirements:
3+ years of administrative experience
Experience working in a unionized environment is a strong asset
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks (AP/AR, reconciliations) is required
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to deliver consistent and reliable results
High level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence when dealing with sensitive information and workplace dynamics
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
