Performance Marketing Manager in Vollzeit (m/w/d)

Bei Freiheit Media skalieren wir erfolgreiche Brands von morgen. Während unser Team im Herzen von Hamburg direkt am Rathaus sitzt, hast du die Freiheit, komplett remote oder vor Ort mit uns zu arbeiten. Wir suchen Verstärkung, um Marken auf Facebook, Instagram und TikTok durch smarte Ads groß zu machen.
Der Fokus liegt dabei auf Inhalten, die wirklich verkaufen: Du verstehst, wie Bilder und Videos aufgebaut sein müssen, damit Menschen beim Scrollen stoppen und gerne kaufen. Wenn du Lust hast, mit kreativen Ideen und echtem Fachwissen spannende Onlineshops nach vorne zu bringen, bist du bei uns genau richtig. Werde Teil eines motivierten Teams und arbeite an den digitalen Strategien der Zukunft.
Deine Aufgaben:
Du wirst nach ausführlicher Einarbeitung mit uns gemeinsam an Marketing Strategien für spannende Marken arbeiten
Du bist viel in Kontakt mit Kunden und berätst Kunden hinsichtlich diverser Marketing Strategien
Du bist die Ansprechperson für unser Team, wenn es um Strategien und Kampagnen geht
Du wertest, nach vorgegebenen Methoden, Reports aus und entwickelst mit uns gemeinsam im Team neue Handlungsempfehlungen für Kunden
Du behältst den Überblick über die Ziele der Kunden und sorgst dafür, dass diese erreicht werden

Was Du mitbringen solltest:
Du hast mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im E-Commerce bei einer Agentur oder einer Brand
Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium
Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift
Du hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
Du würdest Dich selbst als Organisationstalent bezeichnen
Du hast die Fähigkeit, bestehenden Prozessen zu folgen
Außerdem solltest Du Lernbereitschaft & Disziplin mitbringen
