Senior Consultant for Operational Excellence (Kingston)

As a member of the Resources Business Group, your expertise will support transformative projects aimed at optimizing business performance for infrastructure owners. You will manage client relationships, develop high-quality deliverables, and collaborate with diverse teams to create actionable strategies. Leadership in mentoring junior staff will further strengthen our consulting practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead transformation projects for infrastructure owners
- Cultivate and manage client trust and relationships
- Develop high-quality reports and summaries
- Identify prospects for business growth
- Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 10 years of consulting experience
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Robust organizational and relationship-building skills
- Open to travel up to 20%
