Insurity seeks a versatile Customer Success Manager to enhance client relationships within the Insurance Maritime sector. This role requires you to maintain accurate records, deliver presentations, and ensure clients achieve their goals by effectively using our products. Regular in-person interactions with clients are essential for understanding key performance indicators and improving satisfaction levels. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main contact for assigned clients
- Record accurate updates from client meetings
- Prepare and lead professional presentations
- Maintain up-to-date workflow management tools
- Assist clients with self-service tools
- 1-3 years in maritime insurance or logistics
- 1-3 years in a customer success role
- Degree in a relevant field
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Time management and organization ability
