Payments Risk Oversight Manager Needed

Lead the charge in Payments Risk with CUSO as the Payments Risk Advisory and Oversight Manager, ensuring consistent adherence to essential policies while shaping the risk management strategy. Elevate Payments awareness organization-wide. This key role focuses on executing an effective Payments Risk Management Program and providing oversight across CUSO's operations. You will drive risk profile assessments and facilitate organizational resilience through collaboration and education. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and support CUSO Payments Risk strategies
- Recommend policy enhancements for risk management
- Monitor the internal/external environments for trends
- Evaluate major incidents to identify weaknesses
- Coordinate with teams to ensure payment program success
- 4+ years in Payments or Operational Risk expertise
- Experience with compliance frameworks in financial services
- Strong understanding of risk assessment and reporting
- Knowledge of best practices in Payments Risk and Fraud
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
